Damon and I went to the lake house this weekend and it was fantastic. We had not been in 18 months.
It is quite nice to spend time without the daily grind of your regular abode- At home there is always something to be done, laundry washed, floors to be scrubbed, phones to answer, lawns to mow... At the lake house, we simply rested and relaxed. We saw some movies, did a little shopping, and enjoyed eachother's company. It was really great- Made me wonder how things are going to change once the baby gets here.
Another nst/bst tonight. Hopefully I can get in and out of there pretty quickly.
