I had an all too common occurrence happen yesterday. Something got from my brain to my mouth, and bypassed the "DON'T SAY THAT" filter.
My boss said "I was in a Fraternity for 3 or 4 years," and while he was finishing his sentence, I exclaimed "DID YOU GET SPANKED???"
He politely ignored my question, a few coworkers laughed. I felt the all-too-familiar burn in my cheeks- the sharp reminder that I blush when I say something stupid and off-color.
