This is a 2008 Toyota Matrix, aptly named Stormy.
As you can see by the plates, we went to Molle Toyota. We will go there again. No hassle or haggle. I picked the car I want, sent them an email telling them how much I wanted to pay for it and that if I they could give it to me at that price, I would come in check in hand and buy the next day.
To my surprise, they replied an emphatic yes. Now wacko fees, not bull. We will shop there again.
As far as the drive goes- well, of course anything would be better in comparison to our rough worn Civic (who continues to serve us well), but it is a lot of fun to drive. Enough pick-up for passing the Land Cruisers plodding along, I sit up nice and high, plenty of cargo room, ridiculously good gas mileage. I see this vehicle serving our family for many years to come.
So- if I wasn't already, I am not officially a Grown-up. House, Husband, Baby, Car- Yep. I wonder if this means that I have to stop watching Spongebob Squarepants. That is not going to happen.
