4 Months-

Mina J,

You Grew- A LOT. Since your last check up a mere two and a half weeks ago, you have grown 2 inches. You are now in the 90-95th percentile for weight (17 pounds 14 oz) and height- 26 inches.

You continue to develop and do interesting things like passing things between your hands and we recently introduced you to rice cereal

I am unsure if you like it much-

But you have become more involved in your surroundings. Your current favorite place to be (other than in Mamma's arms) is "The Office" You LAUGH AND LAUGH...

You REALLY want to crawl. B-A-D-L-Y. You throw yourself at things and lean the majority of your bodyweight toward what you want (usually daddy, me, or the kitties). We have taken to naming the kitty's tails as that is the part you seem the MOST interested. Wynonna is your favorite. Aretae is not amused. I imagine it won't be long before you start grabbing tails and pulling fur mercilessly.

Your father is in denial and very sad about one phase of your growth- You are quickly getting TOO BIG for the batman and robin onesies I bought him when I found out I was pregnant. He had you in them when you were 2 weeks old, and now, nearly 4 months later they are a bit revealing of your baby bum and baby chest. We keep stretching them and squeezing you into them, but I believe the day has come for Daddy to say goodbye for now. I think we will take one more set of pictures for the brag books.

Being your mother continues to be the joy of my life. I love being a mom. Every minute.
