I cannot explain how very lucky I feel to be where I am in my life with the friends I have gained as a new mother.

Last Friday was a fantastic example- I got to spend 3 solid hours with Smart, Beautiful, and Talented Mothers and their equally exciting babies.

While we were sitting on picnic blankets in the park, we discovered some fun things we have in common... Like our sharp decrease in personal upkeep since having babies, and the way that husbands sometime just don't "get it."

I think one of my favorite revelations was that we are all band geeks... Marching Band goofs. HOW AWESOME IS THAT???

I have found other Beautiful Bank Geeks to march with during this time of my life.
